The main reason for this is that I've also decided to take next year completely off from teaching in order to spend some significant time focusing on my own work. At the end of that year I'll re-assess how much I want to teach from then on, if at all. Carol Marine's Painting a Day - "Covered Bridge"

CAROL MARINE'S PAINTING A DAY     5/19/14  "Covered Bridge" - 6x6in - click here to bid There are a number of these covered bridges in Oregon. This particular one is on Dexter Lake, which is pretty close to Eugene. I painted this a few days ago, on location, but the sun was behind quite a few, very big clouds. There was an enormous, green hill in the background, which I didn't particularly like, so I made it smaller and foggy.
